Yes – stage gates are fully configurable both naming conventions and number of stage gates. In fact, you can have multiple stage gate work flows allowing you to have simpler gate flows for Continuous Improvement initiatives and more gates for large Transformation initiatives
Yes – ideas and initiatives are fully customizable and include as many fields as you need for each. Fields are fully configurable by in the admin module
