- Defining and communicating the ‘need for change’
- Identifying, prioritising and implementing improvement
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Mindsets, behaviors and capabilities
The training lessons in this course have been built to help an organization understand and master the skills needed in each of these four key areas enabling the organization to deliver a successful transformation.
The course includes 3 hours 18 minutes of video spread over 10 lessons covering each of these 4 areas of transformation.
The course also includes a final quiz to test your knowledge on what you have learnt and a certificate of completion.
