Embedding Continuous Improvement in an organisation, whilst difficult, enables the organisation to continually and rapidly iterate towards new goals and adapt to changing markets.

Building this capability within an organisation requires building capabilities in four foundation blocks. These blocks are heavily linked and dependent on each other:

• Defining direction:  Sets the direction and targets for the organisation in the ‘Strategy Deployment plan’
• Managing Operations: Delivers the operational targets defined by the Strategy Deployment plan
• Driving improvement:  Delivers continuous improvement aligned with the organisation’s goals
• Enabling People: Provides the training and coaching needed to deliver and sustain results and identify and implement improvements

The training courses in this program have been built to help an organisation master the skills needed in each of these four foundation blocks.
