- Learning modules for each deployment phase in a transformation
Lypta can provide online system support, if needed, for setting up Lypta in your organization and give advice on how best to configure the system (e.g., workflows, impact categories) and run training within your organization on to use Lypta (in addition to the training documentation).
Additionally, Lypta can also provide consulting resources to support either Continuous Improvement or major Transformation programs. These resources can support on site for extended periods if needed and support all improvement phases.

We provide over 30 in-depth learning modules in a complete Learning Management System (LMS) within our Lypta solution. Learning modules have been created by our Continuous Improvement and Transformation experts and include:
- Basic change principles including planning, implementation and sustainability
- All aspects of Continuous Improvement
- Deploying and implementing transformations
LMS modules are fully interactive, instantly accessible by anyone using Lypta and intended to be followed by everyone in the organization with credits and badges earned for successful completion. Lypta can also provide further face-to-face training in any of these modules.
