Current and future state clearly defined:
- Current state problem and opportunity/issues
- Solution and expected future state
Clear measures of success:
- Impact – Overall expected impact/benefit if successful
- KPIs – Process & risk metrics with baselines and targets
Workplan – Steps/Milestones:
- A well-defined work plan that will deliver future state quickly and sustainably (with expected resource commitment needed)
Risks
- Risks identified and mitigated in the work plan (if major)
