Why use dashboards and how to use

Dashboards are used to provide an instant, graphical view of progress and enable trouble-shooting issues for problem areas

  • Implement summaries (Pre-configured): Pre-loaded dashboards in the ‘Implement’ section
    • Initiatives status – allows team members to instantly see status of all team initiatives
    • Team summary – allows team members to instantly see overall team status (e.g., actions, issues, risks across all initiatives)
  • Own use (customized): Dashboards that users keep in their ‘Home’ section
    • Customized dashboards created by users
    • For own use in understanding how the team is doing
  • Team (customized): Dashboards that have been exported for team use
    • Exported by team leads for use in Implement and Review sections
    • Enables leads to provide consistent view of progress to all team members
